This is the history of Spike and Bell a couple of retired superheroes trying to get across the hard way to become superheroes of Steel City once again, fighting the evil plans of Dr. Vex and his crazy partners, Spike and Bell will defeat the bad guys with humor, jokes and funny situations, definitely Spike and Bell are not the best, but they are the lucky ones, the main slogan of the comic is " Here is Spike and Bell ready to save the day,... but who is going to save them?"
